Helping you do “The Work”
- Existential Coaching -

My strength!
In the real world...
Over 30 years I worked with change using my studies and experiences from business and life. My strength is to have people look different at what they do & how, and coach them through the change. I do this by providing insight, vision and motivation. And somehow, I was always able to solve multiple problems with a single solution.
Coaching
A road filled with compassion...
When people do the changing, things move forward. People often underestimate how important and significant they really are. Having observed my own life, self-aware, I know how good things and (very) bad things feel and how to solve obstacles without loosing oneself.
Why existential?
All is connected...
The widest view on life is from an existential perspective. It connects all the dots between you and life. Everything is connected. You might feel it. I just help you to see it too and to remember. When that happens, the answer almost presents itself!
Who!
Your side that wants to be heard...
Normally, people aged 40+ start having questions about life or themselves.
Others at 50+ start noticing they are not as they used to be, wishing to be more authentic again.
Whereas others are curious (and courageous) to reflect on themselves and the world.
“All the answers are inside of you. You just need some help remembering.”

Me, today
Putting it all into practice...
Married. Two kids. Lived in three countries. Presently, in the Netherlands with a small organic food garden, using electro-culture. We home-educate our kids, maintaining them heart-centred, with a joyful, critical and curious mind.
My daily routine
Starting with...
To have my own energy and be as independent as possible, I do the following:
6 Do-In exercises to activate all 12 meridians; 1 Chi Gung exercise (forgot its name) to activate my organs; 6 healing sounds from the Healing Tao system; meditate, visualise, and I walk.
