The Work programme
The Work is based on a 5-step self-discovery process to remember who you ‘are’ and ‘are not’. Your voices will tell you. And I’ll bring in the mechanisms (keywords) for you to practice this Self-Mastery, on each level!!
The Work covers the following areas:
● 3 levels of consciousness and the governing principles of reality
● All the keywords to facilitate doing the inner work & moving into resonance
● All the voices: material (functional), essential (emotional), character (intellectual)
● Your life’s story and transforming it into your life’s journey
● Initiate the process of becoming One (again), using the 9 key questions!!
We do two 2-hour sessions a month, with follow-up Q&A sessions. You can stop at any time, plan a pause, or have a break.
