The Work is a 5-step self-discovery process aiming to remember who we ‘are’ and ‘are not’. The voices we carry tell our life’s journey. And I am here to help you remember, reconnect & be in resonance with yourself, without judgement and by respecting your personal space.

The Work is divided in three modules, in line with the levels of consciousness. We do two 2-hour sessions, a month. You can stop at any time. You can plan a pause during, and have a break between, the modules.
