In this privacy policy I will explain how I use the personal data I collect from you when you use my services. The policy is based on EU’s GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
What data do I collect?
I collect the following data in a lawful and fair manner:
Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, country, etc.)
Personal information (experiences)
How do I collect your data?
You directly provide me with most of the data I collect. I collect data and process data when you:
Mail me using the contact webform. See also Cookies.
Participate in our (online) coaching sessions and through our email contact.
I may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources or partner companies:
Squarespace.com, Calendly.com, PayPal.com.
How will I use your data?
I collect your data for the purposes for which it was collected to:
Follow your progress.
Process your payments.
I will not share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services.
How do I store your data?
I store your data on my laptop, password protected, and I have a security specialist available if needed, to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification or destruction.
I will keep your payment data for at least 7 years, in line with the Dutch tax authorities. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting the data files.
The notes I make during the session are kept at home or are with me during the session.
Marketing
I will not send you information about my services I think you might like, as well as those products and services from the partner companies I work with.
What are your data protection rights?
I would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request me for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that me correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request me to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that I erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that I restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to me processing your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that I transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

I keep this privacy policy under regular review to comply with changes in laws and regulations or to improve my services.
