The Work is a 5-step self-discovery process aiming to remember who we ‘are’ and ‘are not’. The voices we all carry tell our life’s journey. I am here for you, to help you remember, re-connect, and be in resonance with yourself. No judgement from me, and full respect for your personal space.

The Work is divided in three modules, in line with the levels of consciousness. We do two 2-hour sessions, a month. You can stop at any time. You can plan a pause. And of course, you can have a break.
